Dieses Mal haben Ina und ich die Verrines nordique von S.117 gemacht. Bei uns gab sie ehrlich gesagt schon zum dritten Mal. Es ist eins meiner Lieblingsrezepte aus dem Buch. Es ist simpel, elegant und köstlich.

Das einzige was ich immer weglasse ist der Kaviar. Er passt bestimmt sehr gut dazu, aber dafür müsste ich extra einkaufen und der Rest wird dann vielleicht im Kühlschrank vergessen.

This time Ina and I made the Verrines nordique from page 117. I’ve made them already the third time to be honest. It’s one of my favourite recipes out of the book. It’s simple and elegant and delicious.

The only thing i omit every time is the fish roe. It certainly matches the dish, but I would have to go extra shopping for it and maybe the rest will be forgotten in the fridge afterwards.
