Ich freue mich schon riesig darauf, allerdings war ich noch nie in der Gegend und kenne mich gar nicht aus.
Aber vielleicht kennt sich ja der ein oder andere von Euch aus?!
Habt ihr Tipps wo man toll Essen kann, es sollte nicht super teuer und edel sein, einfach gutes französisches Essen. Cafés, Patisserien, Snacks. Und wo kann man tolle Lebensmittel kaufen, lecker Wein und Crèmant trinken?
Kennt ihr tolle Läden für Küchenkram, Geschirr, Kleidung oder andere schöne Dinge?
Was muss man unbedingt gesehen haben?
Übernachtunstipps brauche ich nicht, das steht bereits und Mobilität ist auch vorhanden (Auto), es sollte aber kein Roadtrip werden ;).

Tipps zu Strasbourg findest Du u.a. beim Blogger Chez Matze – auf dessen Spuren in Strasbourg sind wir gewandelt und schau auch mal bei Sabine von Bonjour d’Alsace vorbei, da wirst Du gewiss fündig 🙂 Wunderschöner Ort zwischen Strasbourg und Colmar ist zB auch Obernai, ganz tolle Altstadt mit vielen kleinen schnuckeligen Läden und Cafés reihen sich da aneinander. Du solltest in Beaune unbedingt in die Kellerei Patriarche Père et fils gehen und den Weinkeller besuchen mit Weinprobe.
Das habe ich im Rahmen eines Schüleraustausches 1984 erstmals gemacht und es in den 1990er-Jahren wiederholt und noch heute habe ich den Duft des Kellers, den Geschmack des Weines parat, als sei es gestern gewesen.
Überhaupt ist Beaune so etwas wie die heimliche Hauptstadt des Burgund und unglaublich schön. Dijon ist städtischer, aus Sicht der Küche aber natürlich für ihren Senf berühmt. In beiden Städten begegnet einem -bei wachem Auge- unglaublich viel der berühmten französischen Küche.
Ich wünsche Dir viel Spaß an der Cote d’Or. 🙂
Wenn es ins Jura geht, ist Dole ein sehr nettes Städtchen. Wir essen dort am liebsten im La Demi Lune (39 Rue Pasteur, neben dem Geburtshaus von Louis Pasteur), wo man sowohl im Gewölbekeller, als auch draußen am Kanal sehr schön sitzt. Im Jura sind Morcheln eine Spezialität und dort gibt es einen leckeren Crepes mit Morchelrahmsoße. Wer es deftiger mag, sollte die gegrillte und mit Vin Jaune flambierte Morteaux Wurst probieren.
In Dole gibt es auch eine Markthalle, oben bei der Kirche.
Hui…das Elsass und Frankreich überhaupt 🙂 Wie schön!! Also, Colmar an sich ist ein echt nettes schönes Städtchen! Ausser dem bekannten Münster lohnt es sich echt die Stadt zu besuchen und durch die idyllischen Gässchen zu schlendern. Da reiht sich ein süßer Laden an den anderen und ihr werdet bestimmt allerhand finden was euch gefällt. Wenns warm ist ist die La Sorbetière d‘ ISabelle echt toll! Sie hat neue und ausgefallene Eiskreationen die echt super schmecken! Es gibt auch unzählige kleine CAfes…da würde ich einfach Eurer Intuition vertrauen :)Hm, zum Essen gehen hab ich noch einen kleinen Tip etwas außerhalb (ca. 15 Minuten von Colmar), die Auberge Frankenbourg. Das Restaurant hat zwar einen Stern, ist aber Preis-Leistungsmäßig wirklich super toll! Wenn ihr Dienstags da seid, lohnt es sich auch wirklich! Das ist der Kreativ-Tag und da gibt es ein 3 Gänge Menü für 30 Euro, das wirklich super war!
So…jetzt wünsche ich Euch ganz ganz viel Spaß, super tolle Erlebnisse und Erholung!
